The Tropical Health and Education Trust (THET), supported by the Uganda-UK Health Alliance, the Kenya-UK Health Alliance and the Tanzania-UK Health Alliance held a very successful and well attended health summit which brought together healthcare professionals, politicians, policy makers, health bussinesses, academics to discuss health challenges and opportunities to work collaboratively together.
To enable our members and the wider community to engage with contemporary issues or matters concerning health and social care, the association runs monthly webinars on a range of topical issues affecting anyone working within health and social care. The webinars are excellent resources for members' professional development.
Every year we organise our AGM in different cities and towns across the UK. Northamptonshire won to host our anniversary for 2024.
